Step 1: Launch iTunes on your PC or Macintosh. If you don't have a copy you can download a free copy here. Remember you DO NOT need an iPod to listen to the shows. If you do you'll be able to take the show with you wherever you go.

Step 2: Click on MUSIC STORE. Make sure you have the AUSTRALIAN store choosen (at bottom of window).

Step 3: Click PODCASTS from the INSIDE THE MUSIC STORE menu.

Step 4: Type HOTLAP in the SEARCH ALL PODCASTS area.

Step 5: Click SUBSCRIBE. The latest show will start to download.

Step 6: Click PODCAST under LIBRARY (on the LHS of the iTunes window). You will see the latest show downloading and previous shows greyed out* (*indicates an available show which you not yet downloaded.)

Step 7: Click the episode you want to play.

Step 8: Enjoy! There is a fresh show every Wednesday Night, Aussie Time (GMT +10).
