Now here’s a useless app that will appeal to beer drinkers everywhere, simply because its actually a Adobe Flash® video, which can’t even run on an iPad, so I’m not quite sure why the f..k I even bothered to post it.
But if you can be asked, the video “iPad Beer at the...
Well, won’t International Pauly be happy?
The last time he was back on Aussie soil for a Radio HOTLAP show – Episode 199.5 – November 17 2011 – he arrived with a bottle of his favourite Taylors Shiraz and it was 2005 vintage no less! Needless to say, Harty & I were...
I stumbled over Katie a week or so ago at a pub, with my advertising mate, George. He’s taken me to the Franklin Street Hotel (that’s another story), for lunch, where we shared the end of a long earthy table. Separating us, from the majority of Clemenger Adelaide, was a cleverly placed plant.
Anyway, she remembered me.
Katie and her husband Micheal, have got two of the funkiest hotels in Adelaide.
This one is called Hotel Wright Street. What used to be the Queens’ Arms, me thinks.
You must go. It’s very close to the Central Markets, off Gouger St.
Just tell her, Rusty Sausage sent you – yep, Katie is a dog...
For three weeks of the year, it’s Bluff Oyster Season.
Bluff Oysters (BO) are only found between Invercargill and Stewart Island, in the Bluff Strait, the most southerly tip of New Zealand.

So the weekend has been run and won. @ B12Hr
No good for the guys I was cheering for after being woken by a text message at 8am on a Sunday morning, but not a bad race all in all. That place just loves to mess with drivers heads doesn’t. It was like a roller coaster watching the...
Radio HOTLAP is available free on the Apple iTunes Music Store, as a podcast.
Our World Headquarters are located in a rather nice part of Adelaide, where regular production takes place. Unless we're somewhere else, which is often the case.
If you ask nicely, you may be allowed to be part of our live audience.
Beyond Episode 200
There comes a time, in this case after six years, with over 240 episodes recorded in 10 different countries, 300+ guests and 220 continuous hours of recording, that we feel its time to go commercial. With over 55,000 viewers, since March 2011, we get some serious exposure. So we thought a magazine to fill in the gaps would be nice.
A Word of Warning
Our firm policy that we don't edit a show once its recorded is because it detracts from its natural conversational character in the first place. Commercial partners and alliances will have to adhere to policy and whilst we'll do the best to accommodate you and make you feel loved you have no control of how we do things. Just so we're clear on that :)
